Olive MULIGO

Before being appointed as the Secretary general , Ms Olive Muligo was the Audit Manager at the Office of  the Auditor General for States Finances (OAG)  under the Department of audit of Public Enterprises (DEPA).

She audited most of times the financial statements of central and local   Government entities, public Projects financed by World Bank, African Development Bank and Global Fund and Government business enterprises.

Ms Olive holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business of Commerce [BCOM], Management Department, specialized in finance from Kigali Institute of Science, Technology and Management (KIST).She also holds an advanced diploma in Public Finances from High Institute of Public Finances (Institut Supérieur des Finances Publiques). She is an  IDI-PSC ISSAI facilitator for financial audit.

 Currently, she is an ACCA student (Glasgow, United Kingdom).
