Mr.SAFARI STEVEN

Mr. SAFARI Steven Joined the Office of the Auditor General in April 2006. He has experience above of 10 years in conducting Public Sector Audits. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Kigali Institute of Science, Technology and Management (KIST) in 2005. He is doing professional course under Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). This experience has empowered him to translate his academic Knowledge into capacity to audit Public Accounts and supervise the audit of Public Accounts.

He was promoted to Principal Auditor in January 2009, then to the post of Audit Manager in March 2012. He has audited Central Government Ministries, local government institutions, donor funded projects, National Universities, Government Business Enterprises, Value for Money Audits and Special Audit.
